"Done a 2 hour first aid course tonight with friends and family who also have small children, in the comfort of my own home. After my own child choking badly not so long ago, I immediately noticed how much I didn’t know what to do with the situation and left me with anxiety. I messaged Charley a few days later to book this session tonight and I can honestly say it’s one of the best things I’ve done, safety for your own children is paramount to anyone and everyone should do some type of first aid, until you experience anything like I did I think we are all blind to actually wanting to do anything like this, but trust me everyone should be doing this weather they’ve experienced anything bad or not!
